How do I commission a painting?
To request a commission, please email Kaila.j.garcia01 @gmail.com with the subject line:

In your email, please include:

Once I review your request, I will reply to confirm availability, pricing, and timeline.
What subjects can I commission?
You can commission paintings such as:

How much do commissions cost?
Pricing depends on:

After reviewing your request, I will send you a quote with the total price before any work begins.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your commission slot and begin the painting. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipping.
How long does a commission take?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of the piece, but most commissions take 2–6 weeks. I will give you an estimated completion time when confirming your order.
Will I receive progress updates?
Yes! I may send progress photos during the painting process so you can see how the piece is developing.
Can I request changes?
Minor adjustments may be requested during early stages of the painting. Major changes after significant progress may not be possible or extra charges
Do you ship finished paintings?
Yes. Shipping options and costs will be discussed once the painting is complete. Local pickup may also be available depending on location.
Can I post the artwork online?
Yes! I only ask that you credit me as the artist when sharing the piece on social media.
Do you retain rights to the artwork?
Yes. I retain the rights to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
